Meet your physical therapist.

Hi, I’m Braden Kizer, DPT, founder of Kizer Physical Therapy in Lincoln, NE. I started this practice because I believe good physical therapy takes time. Too many patients get a few rushed minutes and minimal 1-on-1 time. You deserve a full hour of focused, hands-on care with someone who is always listening.

I pursued my Doctorate of Physical Therapy to help people who are living in pain get back to what they love, whether that’s returning to a sport, enjoying a favorite hobby, or picking their kids up again. This is what shapes how I practice today: finding the real cause of your pain or problem, treating it hands-on, and teaching you how to move well on your own.

I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, with training in orthopedic and sports rehab, manual therapy, and evidence-based care. I’ve worked with athletes, lifters, runners, golfers, weekend warriors, and people recovering or trying to prevent surgery. Prior to Physical Therapy school, I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Hastings College, where I was also a member of the men’s basketball team.

When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll find me golfing, traveling with my wife, watching just about any sport, or spending time with my friends and family.

How i work.

Every visit is 1-on-1.

No overlapping patients and no handing you off.

Hands-on treatment + movement training.

Manual therapy to change how you feel, movement training to make it last.

A clear plan from day one.

After your evaluation, you’ll know what’s going on, what we’ll do, and what to expect.

Care built around your goals.

Whether that’s a pain-free golf swing, a heavier squat, or playing with your kids.
