Our services.
A quick phone call or in-person visit to hear your story, see if we’re a good fit, and answer your questions. No pressure and no cost.
Free consultation
1
A full hour with us, focused entirely on you. We’ll go through your history and goals, assess how you move, and use hands-on testing to find the root cause of your pain or limitation. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of your condition, initial treatment, and a recommended plan of care.
initial evaluation
2
Most patients get the best results with a plan of care, a structured series of visits built around your condition and goals. Your plan is recommended at your evaluation, and you’ll know the full scope and cost before you commit.
Plans of care
3
What’s included:
50 minute, 1-on-1 sessions with no overlapping patients
Hands-on treatment to change how you feel
Personalized movement training and progressive loading
A home program that fits your life, with guidance as you progress
A lower per-visit rate than individual sessions
Plans range in their number of visits, with more complex cases sometimes needing more. If you need extra visits past your plan, we’ll talk about it together.
Individual follow-up visits
4
Prefer to go one visit at a time? Individual follow-ups are available for ongoing care, check-ins, or flare-ups. Many patients start here and move into a plan once they see how it works.
One-on-one physical therapy built around a clear plan, so you always know what we’re doing and why.
Who can benefit from our services?
People tired of rushed, impersonal appointments
Athletes, lifters, runners, and golfers who want to perform without pain
Anyone who wants an honest answer about what’s going on and a plan to fix it
Those recovering from injury or surgery, or looking for conservative options first
Not sure if it’s right for you? Ask. If we are not the best fit, we’ll point you to someone who is.
Payment and insurance
Kizer Physical Therapy is a cash-based practice, which means no insurance limits on visit length or number of visits. I’m happy to provide a detailed receipt (superbill) that you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement, and HSA/FSA funds can often be used.
